Job Summary
Looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Project Accounting (PA) Consultant with strong hands-on implementation and support experience across Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts and Oracle Financials. The candidate should have strong knowledge of end-to-end Project Accounting business processes and be comfortable working directly with business stakeholders.
Must-Have Skills
- 6+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS Project Accounting (PA) experience
- Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12
- Expertise in:
- Project Setup
- Project Costing
- Cost Collection
- Project Billing
- Revenue Recognition
- Project Contracts
- End-to-end Project Accounting processes
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials – GL, AP, AR
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and project lifecycle
- Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis and solution design
- Experience preparing BRD / MD50 documents
- Strong experience in UAT and user training
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and drive process improvements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle EBS PA implementation and support activities.
- Configure and support Project Accounting, Costing, Billing and Contracts.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS solutions.
- Conduct gap analysis and prepare functional documentation.
- Support SIT/UAT, issue resolution and production activities.
- Work with Finance and business teams to improve project accounting processes.
- Provide functional guidance and troubleshoot business/process issues.
