Job Description

We are seeking an Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12). You will be responsible for providing L3 Engagement support, leading project development and production support, and ensuring the project is completed within timelines and in compliance with quality processes. This role requires a strong understanding of functional ERP and SCM modules, including Inventory, Procurement, iProcurement, iSupplier, and Sourcing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Leadership: Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities. Ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control, and completion of projects. Guide team members on technical aspects and conduct reviews of technical documents and artifacts.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Management: Lead the customer interface on a daily basis, proactively addressing issues. Serve as the single point of contact for the team to project stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) and a strong understanding of functional ERP and SCM modules, including Inventory, Procurement, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, AME, and MRP. Create functional and technical specification documents.
  • Support & Compliance: Provide application production support as per process. Track open tickets/incidents and ensure they are closed within deadlines. Ensure analysts adhere to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs. Ensure the project is in compliance with Software Quality Processes.
  • Team Development: Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.

Skills Required

  • A minimum of 8+ years of experience with in-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12).
  • Strong understanding of functional ERP and SCM.
  • Experience with Oracle INV, PO, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, Service Procurement, and Procurement Contracts with implementation experience.
  • The ability to lead and mentor a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to proactively address customer issues.
  • Experience in creating functional and technical specification documents.
  • The ability to track and manage tickets and ensure compliance with SLAs/KPIs.
