Job Description:
The Oracle EBS Procurement Lead will play a crucial role in the implementation and management of the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Procurement module. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize procurement processes, ensuring seamless integration with other modules, and delivering solutions that meet business needs. The candidate will lead projects aimed at improving procurement practices, enhancing supplier relationships, and leveraging technology to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle EBS Procurement module.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on procurement processes and Oracle EBS functions.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and recommend solutions for continuous improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and Oracle EBS updates.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and stakeholders to support procurement initiatives.

Skills and Tools Required:
- Extensive experience with Oracle EBS Procurement module and related functionalities.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
- Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS integration concepts and tools.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record in leading ERP implementations.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Effective communication skills for interaction with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle EBS or procurement management are a plus.
