Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Inventory & Procurement Consultant with 6+ years of consulting experience to join our dynamic team. The candidate must have strong expertise in Oracle EBS Inventory (INV) and Procurement (PO/iProcurement) modules with hands-on experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze procurement and inventory requirements.
  • Configure and support Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), iProcurement, and related submodules.
  • Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory management processes.
  • Perform system setup, functional configurations, testing, and UAT support.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
  • Assist in data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
  • Prepare functional documentation, training material, and SOPs for business users.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Order Management).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 6+ years of consulting experience in Oracle EBS.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Inventory (INV), Purchasing (PO), and iProcurement modules.
  • Hands-on experience in at least 2 end-to-end EBS implementation projects.
  • Expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory management cycles.
  • Good understanding of integration with Finance, Order Management, and Manufacturing modules.
  • Ability to create functional design documents, perform gap analysis, and support enhancements/customizations.
  • Excellent analytical, client-facing, and communication skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with R12 upgrades and patching.
  • Exposure to Oracle Cloud Procurement & Inventory modules.
  • Basic SQL knowledge for functional troubleshooting.
