Role Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Oracle EBS SCM Functional Lead to provide ongoing support for our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) platform. This role focuses on incident resolution, defect management, stabilization, and documentation, covering the Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules and their integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the SCM functional lead for Oracle EBS version 12.2.3, driving resolution of incidents and defects across Order Management, Inventory, Purchasing, Planning, and Fulfillment/3PL modules.
- Provide L2 and L3 support aligned with ITIL processes and integrated through ServiceNow.
- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA) and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex integration issues between EBS and external systems (e.g., WMS, 3PL, Retail, eCommerce).
- Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, impact analysis etc.
- Collaborate with offshore/onshore teams to ensure seamless handoffs and SLA adherence.
- Provide support during peak business periods.
- Document functional designs, test cases, SOPs, and RCA findings in alignment with operational excellence practices.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle SCM modules implementation and support.
- Strong domain expertise in modules such as Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Planning, Fulfillment/3PL.
- Proven experience in integration troubleshooting with external systems (e.g., WMS, 3PL) and coordinating with middleware/technical teams.
- Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, ADF/OAF, BI Publisher, Oracle Forms & Reports.
- Exposure to upstream and downstream processes like Procure to Pay (P2P) and Order to Cash (O2C).
- Experience working with multilingual deployments (English, Chinese, Japanese).
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow and collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to create and maintain documentation for issues, solutions, and RCA.
- Flexible to work during weekends or holidays as needed to support key business operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a global delivery model with handoff processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders and manage escalations.
Oracle Certification in SCM modules is a plus.
