Job Summary..
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Financials Functional Consultant to join our team at Hitachi Digital Services. This role involves providing expert functional guidance and support for our Oracle E-Business Suite Financials modules, ensuring optimal system performance and alignment with business requirements.
Job Responsibilities..
. Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle EBS Financials implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
. Analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective Oracle EBS Financials solutions.
. Configure and maintain Oracle EBS Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Project Accounting) to meet specific business needs.
. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts to validate system functionality and ensure data integrity.
. Provide ongoing functional support, troubleshooting, and user training for Oracle EBS Financials applications.
. Collaborate with technical teams to define and review technical specifications for customizations, integrations, and reports.
. Prepare detailed documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
. Stay current with Oracle EBS Financials best practices, new features, and industry trends.
. Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle EBS Financials within the organization.
Job Qualifications..
. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
. Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Financials Functional Consultant.
. Deep functional expertise in multiple Oracle EBS Financials modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR, FA, CE, PA).
. Proven experience in at least two full lifecycle Oracle EBS Financials implementations.
. Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and best practices.
. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions within Oracle EBS.
. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
. Oracle EBS Financials certifications are a plus.
