Description
As an Oracle Finance Technical professional, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Oracle-based financial systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our financial processes, ensuring data accuracy, and enhancing overall operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with our finance and IT teams to implement innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop Oracle-based financial applications and modules.
- Implement and configure Oracle financials, including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable modules.
- Write efficient PL/SQL code for data manipulation and reporting.
- Integrate Oracle financials with other enterprise systems and applications.
- Create and maintain XML publisher reports for financial reporting purposes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle financials.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training to end-users.
- Collaborate with the finance team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate access controls and data validation.
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle financials releases and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle financials implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL programming and database design.
- Experience with XML publisher reporting and data integration.
- Familiarity with Oracle workflow and business process management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
