Job Title: Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant to join our Agile Scrum teams. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Financials modules and will work closely with product management, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This is primarily an individual contributor role supporting multiple finance-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a functional expert for Oracle EBS Financials modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM).
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Collaborate with product owners, Scrum masters, and development teams in an Agile environment.
- Support configuration, setup, and enhancements within Oracle EBS Finance modules.
- Participate in Sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and other Scrum ceremonies.
- Conduct functional testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues, ensuring minimal business disruption.
- Provide production support and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Ensure clear communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Financials (mandatory).
- In-depth knowledge of key modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in QA/testing (test case creation, execution, defect tracking).
- Exposure to integration with other systems or modules.
- Basic understanding of SQL or technical concepts.
Experience
- Typically 5–10+ years of relevant Oracle EBS Finance functional experience.
