Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Financial modules and client-facing experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle EBS Financial applications while working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle EBS Finance solutions.
- Configure and support Oracle EBS Financial modules.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and client discussions.
- Prepare functional design documents, solution documents, and business process flows.
- Coordinate with technical teams for customizations, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.
- Perform functional testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
- Support implementation, upgrade, rollout, and production support activities.
- Provide end-user training and prepare user documentation.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure timely project delivery.
- Work closely with business users, project managers, and offshore/onsite teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
- Oracle EBS Financials certification is preferred.
- Experience working in implementation and support projects.
- Experience in global delivery environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud Finance is an added advantage.
