Job Description

Role Overview

Role expect a senior Oracle EBS Finance consultant with 8-10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Finance modules to lead solution architecture, drive client workshops, and own end-to-end delivery for large-scale ERP transformation programs.


Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design: Solution consultant for Oracle EBS Finance implementations, upgrades, and support engagements across General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Account Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management.

Client Engagement: Partner with business stakeholders to run requirement workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into scalable Oracle EBS solutions.

Delivery Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery – discovery AS-IS requirement gather, design/blueprint, CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare – ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.

Integration & Data Strategy: Define integration approach with 3rd-party systems (Bank, Treasury Management Services, ) and lead master/transactional data conversion strategy.

Advisory Consulting: Prepare and execute solution demos, BRD driven proposals, and estimation for Oracle EBS Finance opportunities.

Functional Depth End-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Asset

Lifecycle, Bank Reconciliation, Sub-ledger accounting, conversion, interface design. Period Close.

Technical Awareness RICEW architecture experience, Interfaces (APIs, Open Interfaces), Oracle Forms (OAF, JDK),

Reports, Workflow, FSG, SQL/PLSQL fundamentals.

Compliance & Controls SOX, IFRS/GAAP, Statutory & Tax reporting, Multi-Org/Multi-Currency, SLA (Sub-Ledger Accounting)

Documentation & Methodologies Oracle AIM/OUM, Agile, Hybrid delivery models

Soft Skills Client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, leadership

Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years in Oracle EBS Finance with at least 3 full-cycle implementations as senior solution consultant/lead. EBS migration experience.

Education: Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Finance or related discipline.

Certifications (Preferred): Oracle EBS R12 SCM, Manufacturing Certified Implementation Specialist

Location: Onshore (Client site) – willing to travel as per project needs
