POSITION OVERVIEW : Oracle EBS EDI Technical Consultant-EDI

Mode: Remote

Shift: 2pm-11pm

B2B document exchanges (e.g., 850, 810, 856, 855) using Oracle EDI Gateway.

-Design, develop, and customize solutions using SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, Oracle Forms, OAF (Oracle Applications Framework), and Workflow.

-Create interfaces, API conversions, and troubleshoot production issues, including performance tuning of SQL queries.

-Strong expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, XML Publisher, Workflow, OAF, Java, and Shell Scripting.

-Design, develop, and support electronic B2B document exchanges (e.g., 850, 810, 856, 855) using Oracle EDI Gateway.

-Responsibilities include mapping data, configuring trading partners, developing PL/SQL, monitoring transaction flows, and troubleshooting failed EDI messages.

-Integrate EDI with SCM modules.

-Perform EDI Mapping & Configuration: Designing and defining EDI mappings, trading partner setups, and document standards.

-Interface Development: Developing outbound and inbound interfaces using PL/SQL packages, SQL*Loader, and Oracle Workflow.

-System Integration: Integrating EDI Gateway with Oracle EBS SCM modules.

-Documentation: Preparing technical design documents (e.g., MD70/MD070)

-Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Forms/Reports, and XML Publisher.

-Expert knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting the EDI Gateway module.

-Conduct training sessions for end-users on system functionality.
