Oracle EBS - Devops Lead

What you will do

• Lead the implementation of DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies within the Oracle EBS ecosystem.
• Manage the deployment pipeline, including CI/CD, and ensure high-quality software releases.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and infrastructure teams to optimize system performance and reduce downtime.
• Monitor application performance and implement strategies to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to gather requirements and provide solutions for operational challenges.
• Conduct regular audits of deployment practices and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Mentor and guide team members in adopting DevOps principles and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on Oracle EBS and DevOps practices.
• Proven track record in leading DevOps transformations within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules and their integration with DevOps tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
