Oracle EBS DBA

• Production Support – Provide support and troubleshoot issues within the Oracle EBS environment and related applications.
• Database Management – Keep databases running smoothly; develop and maintain scripts and queries.
• Upgrades – Maintain all levels of the EBS infrastructure from OS to application tier, using cloud technologies where possible.
• Projects/Initiatives – Assist with customizations and integrations related to new projects.
• Release Management – Perform deployments for monthly releases and support the deployment tool.
• Patching and Vulnerability Management – Conduct quarterly patching of the full stack and eliminate vulnerabilities.
• Cloning and Refreshing – Clone production environments to create development/test environments.
• Backup and Recovery – Maintain and test backup/recovery policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Oracle database products, with a focus on database administration.
• At least 2 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.x.
• 3+ years of experience with Linux.
• Proficient in relational databases and SQL.
• Solid understanding of networking, storage, and security concepts.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and align with team standards.
• Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments.
• Oracle certifications are a plus.
• Preferred: Experience with Oracle Cloud, Base Database Service, Weblogic, RMAN, APEX, and disaster recovery setups.
