Oracle EBS Core HR & Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant

Our client a multinational company is looking for a highly experienced Oracle EBS Core HR & Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant who can drive HRMS solutions and support business-critical payroll operations. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Core HR and Payroll combined with technical capabilities in integrations, extracts, and reporting.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex Oracle HRMS implementations, integrations, and enhancements in a dynamic enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end techno-functional support for Core HR and Payroll modules in Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Work closely with HR and business teams to gather requirements and deliver effective system solutions.
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle EBS and external systems.
- Develop and manage data extracts and custom reports for HR and payroll reporting needs.
- Support payroll configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and HRMS enhancements.
- Analyze and resolve production issues related to HR and payroll processes.
- Ensure proper documentation of solutions, configurations, and technical designs.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of experience working with Oracle EBS HRMS.
- Strong hands-on experience in Core HR and Payroll modules.
- Experience with EBS integrations, extracts, and reporting.
- Good knowledge of PL/SQL, APIs, Interfaces, and Oracle HRMS architecture.
- Experience in data migration, customization, and troubleshooting in EBS environments.
Good to Have
- Experience with Fast Formula and payroll configurations.
- Knowledge of BI Publisher / Oracle Reports.
- Experience in EBS R12 / R12.2 environments.
- Exposure to HRMS implementations or upgrade projects.
