Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional support for Oracle EBS R12 and guide Level 1 support teams during incident resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis and contribute to ERP system stability across production and supply chain operations.
- Act as Business Analyst for Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Warehouse functions by translating business requirements into functional designs and configurations.
- Propose and deliver system enhancements, process improvements, and small evolution projects within Oracle EBS.
- Support functional testing, UAT, go-live activities, and post-implementation support processes.
- Support functional aspects of integrations between Oracle EBS and other enterprise applications and systems.
- Coordinate with technical teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery of ERP enhancements and support activities.
- Support ERP changes in alignment with internal validation, compliance, and quality procedures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and ERP process effectiveness.
- Document functional specifications, issue resolutions, and configuration changes following enterprise standards.
Skills Required:
- Strong experience supporting Oracle EBS R12 environments.
- Expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes and Oracle SCM modules.
- Hands-on experience providing L2 and L3 functional support for Oracle ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, warehouse, and production business processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional designs and ERP configurations.
- Experience supporting ERP integrations with enterprise applications and external systems.
- Knowledge of incident management, root cause analysis, and production support operations.
- Experience supporting functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live, and post-implementation activities.
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with business users, technical teams, and external implementation partners.
- Familiarity with ERP governance, validation processes, and quality procedures.
- Experience with inventory management and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of product costing and manufacturing costing processes.
Education: B.E., B.Com., B.Sc., B.B.A., or M.B.A.
