Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Consultant responsible for development, customization, integration, technical analysis, production support, and implementation activities across Oracle EBS R12 modules.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 technical architecture, PL/SQL development, Oracle Forms, Reports, interfaces, APIs, workflows, XML Publisher/BI Publisher, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, enhance, and support Oracle EBS R12 applications.
• Analyze functional requirements and prepare technical solutions/design documents.
• Develop PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, views, and SQL queries.
• Develop and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Develop and support interfaces and conversions between Oracle EBS and external systems.
• Work with standard Oracle APIs and open interfaces for data integration.
• Develop and maintain XML Publisher / BI Publisher reports.
• Work with Oracle Workflow and approval processes.
• Develop concurrent programs, request sets, value sets, and flexfield-related components.
• Perform technical analysis and troubleshooting of production issues.
• Optimize SQL queries and database performance where required.
• Support data migration, data conversion, and reconciliation activities.
• Work closely with functional consultants, business users, and integration teams.
• Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
• Prepare technical design documents, test cases, deployment documents, and support documentation.
• Follow development standards, version control, change management, and release processes.

Required Technical Skills:

Oracle EBS

• Strong experience in Oracle EBS R12
• Understanding of EBS technical architecture
• Experience with EBS customizations and extensions
• Knowledge of EBS standard tables and application architecture
