Oracle DBA Trainer

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Oracle DBA Trainer who can deliver practical and industry-oriented training to students. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Oracle Database Administration concepts including database installation, configuration, backup and recovery, user management, performance tuning, and security management. The trainer should be capable of conducting both theoretical and hands-on practical sessions while guiding students in real-time database administration tasks and industry practices. Strong database management knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to prepare students for industry requirements and Oracle certifications are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver classroom and practical training sessions on Oracle Database Administration concepts.

· Teach Oracle database installation, configuration, user management, backup and recovery, and security management.

· Provide hands-on training on database creation, maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

· Train students on SQL, PL/SQL, database architecture, and Oracle server management concepts.

· Prepare training materials, lab assignments, practical exercises, and assessment tests.

· Conduct practical lab sessions and monitor students performance regularly.

· Guide students in real-time database administration tasks and industry-based projects.

· Assist students in debugging database issues and optimizing database performance.

· provide industry-oriented training and support students in interview and certification preparation.

· Maintain attendance records, batch reports, performance tracking, and training documentation.

· Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies, database tools, and industry trends.

Required Skills

· Strong knowledge of Oracle Database Administration for Oracle 19c, 21c, and 23ai versions

· Oracle Database 19c RAC

· Oracle Database 19c Dataguard

· Oracle Database 19c RAC

· Oracle Golden Gate 19c

· Oracle Database Security

· Practical knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, RMAN, Data Pump, and database cloning techniques

· Experience in backup and recovery, performance tuning, patch management, and database monitoring

· Strong understanding of user management, roles, privileges, auditing, and database security concepts

· Knowledge of Oracle RAC, Data Guard, ASM, and high availability solutions

Qualification

• Minimum Qualification: [B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech]
• Certification Required : Oracle Certified Professional ( OCP- ODA/OCM-DBA )/ 19c,21c,23ai DBA

Experience Required

• Experienced
• Minimum 5 years preferred
• Good Communication Skills
