  • Handle Alerts, Incident tickets and Change Request as first line support for the platform.
  • Active participation in Projects that required the knowledge and experience of an Oracle administrator to implement new tools or to automate process.
  • Implement Patches, updates and involved in Vulnerability Management for the Oracle Databases
  • Configure the Oracle databases and adjust them to the application and bank requirements.
  • Monitor the performance of the databases in order to avoid incidents.
  • Update technical documentation that will be used in the team.
