Responsibilities

• Oracle Database Delivery Management
• SPOC for any escalation and manage issues arising within Oracle Database
• Team Management
• Interacting with the Client Business Managers with regular reviews
• Interacting with the team members for the mutual benefit in the project while liaising with the customers/clients on their projects for better feedback.
• Conduct regular reviews and refines the engagement plans and processes to drive continuous improvement on the quality of services delivered.
• Managing the activities pertaining to finalization of projects/applications for smooth execution of projects, providing technical service support to clients and resolving their issues
• Tracking Delivery progress in terms of cost, resource deployment, time over runs and quality compliance and proactively identified and rectified problems to ensure adherence to delivery time-lines.
