Job Description

We are hiring experienced Oracle Database Administrators (DBAs) for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Oracle Database Administration, Production Support, Oracle GoldenGate, and database monitoring. The role involves supporting mission-critical Oracle databases, resolving production issues, handling change requests, and ensuring high availability of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Oracle databases in Production and Non-Production environments.
• Monitor and maintain Oracle databases using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM).
• Handle Incident, Change, and Request Management activities.
• Configure and monitor Oracle GoldenGate replication.
• Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Execute production deployments and database changes.
• Support backup, recovery, and database maintenance activities.
• Work closely with application teams to resolve critical production issues.
• Participate in 24x7 rotational shift support.
