About the Role
- 15+ years in Oracle CX domain, with at least 5+ years in Oracle CX cloud working as pre-sales or client-facing solution architecture roles.
- Strong ability to design end-to-end CX architectures, data flows, and integration patterns.
Responsibilities
- Hands on experience in Oracle CX cloud products like Oracle Sales Cloud / CX Sales, Sales Planning & Forecasting, Incentive Compensation (OIC), Partner Relationship Management (PRM), Marketing & Engagement (Eloqua), Oracle Service Cloud, Field Service Cloud (OFSC), Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC)
- Experience building POCs, demo environments, and prototypes.
- Experience in latest CX technologies like Chatbots, Digital Assistant, and AI-driven service flows etc.
- Working knowledge of SaaS implementation methodology (Oracle Unified Method OUM / True Cloud Method)
- Experience of Oracle CPQ will be a plus
- Good to have certifications Oracle CX
- Good communication, interpersonal skill, and soft skills
- Should Gather, analyze, internalize, and advocate for the customer requirements around their selling processes.
- Prior EBS experience within last 5 years is nice to have.
- Must be well versed in EBS solutioning and implementation
- Should have exposure in migrating Oracle EBS to Fusion/Cloud.
Preferred Skills
Experience of Oracle CPQ will be a plus. Good to have certifications Oracle CX.
