Job Role:
Company is seeking an experienced Oracle CX Senior Consultant to join its growing Oracle practice. In this client-facing role, you will lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Customer Experience (CX) solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and CX Unity — delivering measurable business outcomes for enterprise and government clients across Qatar and the region.
You will serve as a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert, guiding clients through the full project lifecycle — from discovery and solution design through go-live and post-implementation support — while mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the continuous growth of our Oracle practice.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implementation & Delivery:
– Lead full-cycle Oracle CX implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (Eloqua/Responsys), CPQ, and CX Unity/Customer Data Platform
– Own solution architecture, configuration, and technical design for enterprise client engagements
– Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into scalable Oracle CX solutions
– Develop and review functional and technical design documents, data migration plans, and integration architectures
– Manage project workstreams, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with project managers and client stakeholders
– Lead system integration efforts with ERP, marketing automation, and third-party platforms via Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
Client Engagement & Advisory:
– Act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for senior client stakeholders throughout engagements
– Facilitate executive-level workshops, solution demonstrations, and steering committee presentations
– Provide strategic guidance on Oracle CX roadmap planning, license optimization, and technology adoption
– Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, and change requests Practice Development
– Contribute to pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, solution scoping, and client presentations
– Develop reusable assets, accelerators, methodologies, and best-practice documentation for Oracle practice
– Stay current with Oracle CX product releases, roadmap updates, and emerging capabilities
Experience:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
– 10+ years of hands-on experience implementing Oracle CX (formerly Oracle Sales Cloud / Engagement Cloud)
– Proven end-to-end delivery experience across at least four modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and CX Unity/Customer Data
– Prior experience in a consulting or system integrator environment, managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
– Demonstrated experience leading client-facing discovery sessions, solution workshops, and go-live activities
Technical Skills:
– Deep configuration expertise in Sales Cloud — opportunity management, forecasting, territories, and incentive compensation
– Strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud — case management, SLAs, knowledge base, and digital customer service
– Working knowledge of Marketing Cloud — Eloqua campaign orchestration and/or Responsys cross-channel marketing
– CPQ implementation experience covering product catalogs, pricing rules, approvals, and quote-to-order flows
– Experience with Oracle CPQ advanced scripting and custom actions
– Familiarity with CX Unity / Oracle Customer Intelligence for customer data unification and analytics
– Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or equivalent middleware for CRM integrations
– Solid understanding of data migration strategies, tools (FBDI, REST APIs), and governance practices
Certifications:
– Oracle Cloud CX Sales Implementation Professional — required
– At least one additional Oracle CX certification (Service, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or CX Unity) is required
– Additional Oracle certifications are highly advantageous
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
– Exposure to Oracle Commerce Cloud or Oracle Field Service Cloud
– Background in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
– Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
– Industry expertise in Government and Financial Services
