Job Description

We are hiring Oracle CX Techno-Functional Consultants to support large-scale Customer Experience (CX) transformation programs. This role requires a strong mix of functional domain expertise and hands-on implementation experience across Oracle CX modules.

Key Responsibilities

* Work on end-to-end implementation of Oracle CX/DCS solutions

* Gather business requirements and translate into functional & technical designs

* Configure, customize, and integrate Oracle CX modules

* Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities

* Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing enhancements

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery

Core Skills Required

Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:

* Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)

* Oracle Subscription Management Cloud

* Oracle Fusion Service Cloud

* Oracle Digital Customer Service (DCS)

* Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC)

* Oracle RightNow Service Cloud

Mandatory Requirements

* Strong Techno-Functional experience (not purely functional)

* Implementation experience is mandatory

* Experience in CX transformation / customer service workflows

* Ability to work in hybrid model (HYD / BLR / Pune preferred)

Good to Have

* Integration experience with other enterprise systems

* Exposure to large-scale CX transformation programs

* Strong stakeholder communication skills

* Priority for candidates based in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Pune

* Focus on mid-level candidates (5–10 years)
