Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

  • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle CPQ.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
  • Good understanding of JSON, AJAX, XML/XSL, REST APIs, and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience in CPQ configuration, customization, and integration with enterprise applications.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize CPQ workflows and technical solutions.

Process / Domain Knowledge (Mandatory)

  • Understanding of CPQ processes, pricing models, quote lifecycle, and sales operations.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies, discounting structures, and business practices.
  • Familiarity with business process optimization and system integration concepts.

Soft Skills (Mandatory)

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within teams and across cross-functional departments.
  • Data-driven and fact-oriented mindset with the ability to interpret and present insights.
