Role Overview :-
We are seeking an experienced Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) Consultant to support ongoing enhancements and configuration changes within our CPQ platform. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a strong understanding of CPQ architecture, business rules, workflows, and approval matrices.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage configuration-level changes in Oracle CPQ (BigMachines)
- Design and modify workflows to align with business processes
- Develop and maintain business rules, including pricing, eligibility, and validation logic
- Customise and optimise layouts and user interfaces for improved usability
- Configure and maintain approval matrices and routing logic
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, and Product Management
- Conduct unit testing, documentation, and deployment of CPQ changes
- Provide support and troubleshooting for CPQ-related issues
Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Oracle CPQ (BigMachines)
- Strong expertise in configuration, commerce, and document engine modules
- Proven experience with workflow design, rule writing, and layout customisation.
- Familiarity with approval matrix setup and integration with CRM/ERP systems
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
