Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Hyperion Support & Enhancement Specialist to manage, support, and enhance our enterprise financial consolidation and reporting platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), FDMEE integrations, financial data management, and automation solutions supporting critical finance operations.

This role will be responsible for production support, troubleshooting, business rule development, system enhancements, integration management, and collaboration with Oracle Support teams to ensure stable and efficient operation of financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) applications and related financial reporting processes.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot HFM business rules, calculations, and consolidation logic.
• Investigate and resolve HFM application issues, data discrepancies, performance concerns, and user-reported incidents.
• Manage financial data integrations using FDMEE, including mappings, import formats, load rules, and validation processes.
• Develop and maintain Python-based scripts to automate data transformation, validation, and integration workflows.
• Support financial close and consolidation cycles, ensuring timely and accurate processing of financial data.
• Monitor, maintain, and enhance existing automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring production issues.
• Coordinate with finance, business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to resolve application and system-related issues.
• Raise and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and work closely with Oracle Support for application, infrastructure, and platform-related incidents.
• Support system upgrades, patch implementations, environment migrations, and platform enhancements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and operational runbooks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance Systems, Accounting Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience supporting Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FDMEE.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting HFM business rules.
• Knowledge of financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and financial close processes.
• Experience working with SQL and relational databases.
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation and integration activities.
• Experience supporting enterprise production environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle EPM Suite.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM solutions.
• Experience supporting SAP, Oracle ERP, PeopleSoft, or other ERP integrations.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and management reporting processes.
• Experience working in global support environments.
• Exposure to ITIL-based support processes.
