Oracle Consultant

Job Description:

Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant is responsible for functional implementation of ERP which includes Oracle Fusion HCM module. This includes the support in HCM business solutions in Oracle. He/She will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate Oracle technologies to deliver superior business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Candidate should have strong experience in two or more of the Global HR modules (Core HR/ Payrolls(US/UK)/ Compensation/Talent Management/ Time and Labor/ Workforce Management)

• Should be able to configure the assigned module with direction from the Solution Leader.

• Identify and document gaps between requirements and delivered functionality.

• Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion application.
