As an Oracle Cloud Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading the technical architecture and ensuring the overall quality of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. You will serve as the primary technical liaison between functional teams, client IT stakeholders, and delivery teams, driving design decisions, development standards, and successful solution delivery across complex, multi-pillar implementations.
This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Cloud technologies, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-aligned solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy applications using Oracle VBCS.
- Integrate applications with Oracle SaaS modules (ERP, HCM, SCM) via OIC and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Create custom UI components, reusable widgets, and dynamic forms to enhance user experience.
- Implement business logic using JavaScript, Groovy, and Oracle JET frameworks.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business needs into technical designs.
- Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
- Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to automate deployments using CI/CD pipelines.
Required Experience & Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud PaaS development, with at least 4 years in VBCS.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience in Oracle Process Automation (OPA), and ORDS would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in PL/SQL.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and REST API integration.
- Experience with Oracle JET or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Understanding of Oracle SaaS data models and extension patterns.
- Ability to design secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
Compensation

Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location.
