Oracle Cloud Technical - Consultant, Managed Services

Enterprise Performance

Our Enterprise Performance team helps organizations maximize value from enterprise technologies across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT operations. As a Cloud Technical Consultant within Managed Services, you will support clients in maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing cloud-based solutions that enable business performance and operational continuity. Deloitte's practitioners bring together technology experience, process knowledge, and delivery discipline to help organizations address complex operational needs, improve system performance, and support ongoing transformation in a dynamic business environment.

Level: Consultant or equivalent

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you'll do

As a Consultant, Managed Services on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting Oracle Cloud technical operations across managed services engagements, including issue analysis, defect resolution, and system enhancements
  • Developing and maintaining reports, interfaces, extensions, and data conversion components using SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting Studio, and File-Based Data Import templates
  • Supporting integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, Service-Oriented Architecture, Representational State Transfer services, Simple Object Access Protocol services, and Web Services Description Language-based services
  • Performing production support activities, including queue monitoring, ticket updates, incident and problem management, and resolution within service-level requirements
  • Collaborating with functional, technical, onsite, and offshore teams to support deployments, code migration, testing, and ongoing system improvements

Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai

Shift Timings: 24x7 rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3-6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud technical implementation, support, or managed services
  • Experience developing conversions, interfaces, and reports using SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, Financial Reporting Studio, and File-Based Data Import templates
  • Experience supporting 3-4 Oracle Cloud modules, including navigation, tables, and end-to-end process flows
  • Experience developing or supporting integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud, Service-Oriented Architecture, Representational State Transfer services, Simple Object Access Protocol services, or Web Services Description Language
  • Experience with BI Publisher reports, Enterprise Scheduler Service jobs, and data conversions using File-Based Data Import templates
  • Experience with information technology service management processes, including incident, problem, and enhancement management
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science, or business

Preferred:

  • Experience delivering 2-3 integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud or Service-Oriented Architecture
  • Experience with production support activities, including queue monitoring, ticket tracking, and service-level agreement-based resolution
  • Experience applying cloud integration patterns in Oracle Cloud environments
  • Experience with business intelligence security roles
  • Experience with code migration, code reviews, naming standards, and technical quality practices
  • Experience with performance tuning and SQL optimization
