We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end implementation, customization, and support. The role requires strong technical acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead customer engagements effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle ERP Cloud implementation and support projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope and timeline.
- Leverage 8-12 years of IT experience, including 5+ years specializing in Oracle ERP Cloud and prior experience in Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Develop and maintain Oracle ERP Cloud Reports using OTBI and BIP, ensuring accuracy and performance.
- Design and implement Oracle Fusion Cloud Forms Personalizations, Sandbox Customizations, App Composer, Page Composer utilizing Visual Builder and Visual Builder Cloud Service.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and SCM modules, including business process workflows.
- Develop PaaS Customizations and independent Bolt-On Applications utilizing VBCS, PCS, and OIC.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Oracle JET (OJET), and Oracle VBCS applications.
- Implement Business Rules, UI Customizations, and Business Objects in Oracle Cloud.
- Integrate and extend cloud applications using Web Services, XML, SOAP, REST, WSDL, OAuth, and JWT protocols.
- Engage in customer-facing activities, including ERP Cloud Fit-Gap analysis, integration design, report development, and extension finalization.
- Possess knowledge of Oracle ATP and Autonomous Database.
- Design UI/UX and apply CSS styling for OTBI Reports.
- Experience with Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), Single Sign-On (SSO), Content Management, Collaboration tools, PCS, and Human Tasks.
- Provide technical consulting during Oracle ERP Cloud implementation, including approach, best practices, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Deliver compelling presentations, handle customer queries, and support problem-solving initiatives.
- Contribute to solution design, technical documentation, and process improvements.
Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of IT experience with a focus on Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Proven expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud reporting (OTBI & BIP).
- Extensive experience in Fusion Cloud Forms Personalization, Visual Builder, and related tools.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM and ERP business processes.
- Hands-on experience in PaaS, VBCS, PCS, OIC, and related cloud services.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, OJET).
- Experience in Web Services, XML, REST, SOAP, OAuth, JWT.
- Customer-facing experience with ERP Cloud projects, including Fit-Gap analysis and integrations.
- Knowledge of Oracle ATP and Autonomous Database is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions and guide teams effectively.
