Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning Specialist with a strong background in Oracle SCM Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Supply Chain Collaboration, along with experience delivering end-to-end Oracle SCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud implementations.
• Work closely with clients to analyze business processes and configure Oracle SCM solutions.
• Provide expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Supply Chain Collaboration, and Supplier Portal.
• Oversee the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery to go-live.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify challenges and optimize planning solutions.
• Guide junior consultants in configuration, issue resolution, and testing.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud.

At least 2 successful implementations in relevant modules.

Experience working in large-scale global ERP environments.

Strong knowledge of Oracle SCM and Manufacturing modules.

Excellent problem-solving, change management, and documentation skills.

Oracle certifications are highly desirable.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Expertise in business process consulting and Oracle applications.

Domain experience in planning for large organizations.

Ability to work independently with client users and senior management.
