About the Role
Trinamix is looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Oracle Cloud Replenishment Planning Consultant with strong implementation and consulting expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Planning solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge in Replenishment Planning, Inventory Planning, and Supply Chain processes along with proven experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementation projects.
This role requires strong business process understanding, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive end-to-end Oracle Replenishment Planning implementations for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support projects for Oracle Cloud Replenishment Planning solutions
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Inventory, Procurement, and Operations teams to gather and analyze business requirements
- Configure and support Oracle Replenishment Planning and related SCM planning modules
- Drive requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Manage replenishment strategies, inventory optimization, safety stock planning, and supply-demand balancing processes
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, and Inventory teams for cross-functional integrations
- Conduct workshops, CRP sessions, UAT, and client discussions
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide process optimization recommendations
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and test scenarios
- Support supply chain transformation and planning automation initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM Planning solutions
- Strong implementation experience in Oracle Cloud Replenishment Planning

- Min-Max Planning
- Safety Stock Planning
- Supply & Demand Balancing
- Procurement & Inventory Integration
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and replenishment processes
- Experience in Oracle Cloud SCM implementation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills
- Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and support activities
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Oracle Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, and Inventory modules
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and reporting tools
- Knowledge of planning analytics and automation processes
- Experience working in Agile delivery methodologies
- Exposure to global supply chain transformation programs
