Job Role – Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Lead

Location: Remote

About the Role

Trinamix is looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Oracle Cloud PPM Lead with strong implementation and consulting expertise in Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of Oracle PPM modules along with proven experience leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementation and transformation programs.

This role requires strong client-facing consulting skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive project financial management and business transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support projects for Oracle Cloud PPM
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand project financial and operational requirements
  • Drive requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
  • Configure and support Oracle PPM modules based on business requirements
  • Lead workshops, CRP sessions, UAT, and client discussions
  • Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, SCM, and technical teams for cross-functional integrations
  • Support project costing, billing, contract management, and revenue management processes
  • Provide functional leadership and mentoring to consultants and implementation teams
  • Ensure best practices in project accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls
  • Participate in solutioning, estimation, and pre-sales activities where required
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8–12 years of strong hands-on experience in Oracle PPM solutions
  • Extensive implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Project Costing
    • Project Billing
    • Project Contracts
    • Project Financial Management
    • Project Budgeting & Forecasting
    • Grants / Capital Projects (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of project accounting and finance business processes
  • Experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience
  • Ability to lead enterprise implementation and transformation initiatives
Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials and Procurement modules
  • Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, or reporting tools
  • Knowledge of project revenue recognition and accounting processes
  • Experience in Agile delivery methodologies
  • Exposure to global implementation programs
