Oracle Cloud PPM– Analyst, Managed Service
Our Enterprise Performance team helps organizations maximize value from enterprise platforms across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and IT operations. As a Cloud PPM Managed Services Consultant, you will support clients in optimizing Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management solutions through ongoing enhancement, issue resolution, process improvement, and operational support. Working alongside experienced practitioners, you will help deliver scalable, technology-enabled solutions that improve project execution, financial visibility, and overall business performance.
Position Summary
Level: Analyst or equivalent
As an experienced Analyst at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you'll do
As a Analyst, Managed Services on the Enterprise Performance team, you will be responsible for:
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management modules, including Project Foundation, Project Financials, Project Execution, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Contracts, based on project scope.
- Participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design discussions, and configuration activities to support client and business needs.
- Execute testing and deployment activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing support, defect triage, cutover planning, and hypercare.
- Develop and support reporting, reconciliations, and data activities, including Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence dashboards, BI Publisher reports, file-based data import, and integration support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams across Finance, Procurement, Time and Labor, and Human Capital Management to deliver managed services and ongoing application support.

Location: Bengaluru / Hyderabad / Pune / Chennai
Shift Timings: 24x7 rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements
Qualifications
Required:
- 2-3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management, including Project Foundation, Project Financials, Project Execution, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Contracts, as applicable.
- Experience configuring project setup, including business units, legal entities, ledgers, project types, templates, organization structures, classifications, project roles, and task structures.
- Experience supporting project costing processes, including expenditure types, expenditure categories, transaction imports, cost distributions, burdening, capitalization, and adjustments.
- Experience supporting billing and contract configuration, including rate schedules, billing events, invoice generation, holds, exceptions, and revenue processing, where applicable.
- Experience with cross-functional integrations across Oracle Financials, Procurement, Time and Labor, and Human Capital Management.
- Experience executing testing and deployment activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect management, cutover support, and hypercare.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or Business.
Preferred:
- Experience working in Oracle Cloud managed services or application support environments.
- Experience using Functional Setup Manager and configuration workbooks.
- Experience developing Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence dashboards and BI Publisher reports.
- Experience with file-based data import and awareness of REST or SOAP integrations.
- Experience performing project-to-general-ledger reconciliations and supporting audit or control requirements.
- Oracle Cloud certification in Project Portfolio Management, Financials, or a comparable Oracle application area.
