Oracle Cloud OTL & Absence Management Functional Consultant

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant specializing in Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional implementation and support of Oracle Cloud Time and Labor (OTL) and Absence Management modules
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure OTL and Absence modules including time entry rules, approval workflows, accrual plans, and absence types
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), prepare test scripts, and support defect resolution
• Provide functional expertise in troubleshooting production issues and enhancements
• Support data migration, integration, and reporting related to time and absence modules
• Deliver user training and create functional documentation
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with strong expertise in OTL and Absence Management
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM implementations (at least 1–2 full lifecycle implementations preferred)
• Strong understanding of time collection, scheduling, accruals, leave policies, and compliance
• Experience in configuring workflows, fast formulas, and approvals
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Cloud HCM certification (Time and Labor / Absence Management)
• Experience with integrations (HCM Extracts, HDL, REST/SOAP)
• Exposure to Payroll integration is a plus
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
