As an
Oracle Cloud HCM System Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation, security, and continuous improvement of our Oracle Cloud HCM platform. You will collaborate closely with
HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver a seamless, user-friendly experience while maintaining high standards of data accuracy and compliance.
We are looking for someone who has successfully delivered
at least two end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, with strong hands-on expertise in
Core HR, Absence, or OTL modules.
What You'll Do
As the
Oracle Cloud HCM System Administrator, you will:
Lead HCM System Administration & Configuration
- Manage and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, and Compensation.
- Configure system settings, workflows, approvals, business rules, and integrations aligned with business requirements.
- Own quarterly release cycles, including regression testing, feature validation, and system readiness.
Drive Security & Access Governance
- Administer user access, roles, and permissions across the HCM landscape.
- Implement and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Monitor audit logs, security controls, and system access to ensure a secure and compliant environment.
Manage Support & System Stability
- Act as the primary point of contact for Oracle HCM-related issues and escalations.
- Troubleshoot system errors, data discrepancies, and integration failures with a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with Oracle Support (via SRs) for timely resolution of critical issues.
Oversee Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all HCM processes.
- Manage data uploads and migrations using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
- Develop and maintain business reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher.
Support Integrations & Continuous Improvements
- Manage integrations between HCM and enterprise systems such as ERP, Payroll, and Time & Attendance platforms.
- Validate system changes during quarterly upgrades and patch releases.
- Partner with IT teams to ensure smooth connectivity through APIs, SFTP, and middleware platforms.
What You'll Bring
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, HRIS, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience of 8-10+ years administering Oracle Cloud HCM, with at least two end-to-end implementations.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Recruiting, Compensation, and Learning.
- Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
- Solid understanding of security models and role-based access controls.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware integrations.
- Exposure to OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) / VBCS is an added advantage.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent troubleshooting capabilities, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Certification: Oracle HCM Certification is mandatory.
