Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of integrated HCM solutions across multiple Oracle Cloud modules. This role requires deep functional knowledge, strong technical hands-on skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud HCM architectures.
The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives, industry best practices, and Oracle Cloud capabilities, while also providing technical leadership and architectural guidance across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture and implementation for Oracle Cloud HCM programs.
- Analyze business requirements and design integrated HCM solutions spanning multiple modules.
- Develop and manage HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and data conversion strategies across Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Design and build BI Publisher (BIP) reports and support complex reporting needs using SQL / PL/SQL.
- Provide hands-on support for integrations, data loads, and inbound/outbound interfaces.
- Guide configuration and technical design for:
- Roles, security profiles, and data access
- Personalizations and extensions
- Web services and REST/SOAP integrations
- Collaborate with functional leads, technical teams, and business stakeholders to resolve complex issues.
- Provide architectural oversight, review designs, and ensure solution quality and scalability.
- Support project planning, estimations, and technical decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Contribute to solution proposals, enhancements, and future roadmap discussions.
