Position Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Solutions Architect
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect knowledgeable in end-to-end process flow of Oracle Cloud HCM Applications. Provide business and technical architectural design/solution to clients by using/adopting Oracle Cloud HCM suite. This is a hybrid role that combines strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud with leadership and operational management responsibilities.
You will play a pivotal role in embedding de Novo's delivery processes, driving seamless collaboration between the UK and India, and ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality service for our clients.
Beyond day-to-day technology and product leadership, this role will also contribute to the future direction by partnering with the UK Innovation team on roadmaps, AI opportunities, and the development of template-based implementation solutions for our customers.
You will:
- Provide strong technical and functional oversight across Oracle Cloud HCM suite, guiding the team on best practices and resolution of complex client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the UK Innovation team to contribute to roadmap planning, new service offerings, and AI-driven automation opportunities.
- Drive adoption of template-based implementation methodologies that deliver scalability and efficiency for clients.
- Build strong relationships with UK management team and colleagues to ensure alignment across geographies.
- Coordinate with technical team for inbound/outbound integration build and assist team for testing.
- Hire, mentor, and develop consultants to create a sustainable, scalable capability in India.
- Act as a senior escalation point for the India based team and ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Support innovation and continuous improvement in managed services, leveraging AI, automation, and new Oracle Cloud features.
- Contribute to quarterly Oracle update planning and testing cycles alongside UK teams.
Roles and Responsibilities Client Engagement & Delivery:
Programme Leadership:
- Lead customers on HCM transformation / change programmes and play a key role in senior stakeholder engagement.
- Engage and influence customer leadership and senior stakeholders in the adoption of HCM solutions.
Solution Architecture:
- Exhibit in-depth knowledge of the Product and business processes related to Oracle HCM Cloud applications and their interdependencies.
- Design and develop architectural designs, assessments, roadmaps and strategies for Oracle HCM programmes.
- Proven track record of delivering solutions to complex and /or very large-scale projects.
- Well-versed in the latest architecture trends and must be able to provide insights on market/technical conditions and future direction.
- Lead multiple workstreams to support the design, build and test of the various solutions developed.

Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with hands on experience implementing various HCM modules.
- Proven experience in leading or managing a technical or functional support team.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of all Oracle HCM Cloud modules (CoreHR, Absence, Payroll, ORC, OTL, Performance, Learning and Talent Management), including release cycles, extensions, and integrations.
- Experience in client relationship management
Desirable:
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms.
- Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), VBCS, Data migration or Redwood UX.
- Prior experience working closely with UK or European clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred, not mandatory).
- Oracle Cloud Certifications (Minimum 1 module is mandatory)
