About the Role
Trinamix is looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead with strong implementation and consulting expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge across all Oracle HCM modules along with proven experience leading enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and transformation programs.
This role requires strong stakeholder management, solution architecture capability, HR process consulting expertise, and the ability to lead end-to-end Oracle HCM transformation initiatives for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support projects for Oracle Cloud HCM
- Work closely with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand and optimize HR business processes
- Drive requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Lead workshops, CRP sessions, UAT, solution discussions, and client presentations
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements
- Provide functional leadership and mentoring to consultants and implementation teams
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, workflows, and automation requirements
- Ensure best practices in HR operations, talent management, payroll, workforce management, and employee lifecycle processes
- Support HR transformation, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives
- Participate in solutioning, estimation, and pre-sales activities where required
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM solutions
- Extensive implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM
- Strong expertise across Oracle HCM modules including:
- Core HR
- Talent Management
- Compensation
- Payroll
- Absence Management
- Recruitment / ORC
- Learning Management
- Performance Management
- Workforce Management
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and transformation initiatives
- Experience leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience
- Ability to lead enterprise transformation programs and global delivery teams
- Experience in requirement gathering, solutioning, configuration, testing, and support activities
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, and integrations
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and reporting tools
- Knowledge of workflows, approvals, and automation processes
- Experience working in Agile delivery methodologies
- Exposure to global HCM transformation programs
