Job Role – Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant

Location: Remote

About the Role

Trinamix is looking for a highly skilled and hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong implementation and consulting expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge across Oracle HCM modules along with proven experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, business process consulting, and the ability to work closely with HR and business teams to deliver scalable Oracle HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support projects for Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Gather business requirements and provide functional solutions aligned with HR business processes
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business requirements
  • Conduct workshops, CRP sessions, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support activities
  • Work closely with HR stakeholders, business users, and technical teams
  • Support process optimization, reporting, and integration requirements
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and provide resolution support
  • Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, and test scenarios
  • Participate in Oracle Cloud transformation and implementation programs
Required Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years of strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM / Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Strong implementation experience across Oracle HCM modules including:
    • Core HR
    • Talent Management
    • Compensation
    • Absence Management
    • Payroll
    • Recruitment / ORC
    • Learning Management
    • Performance Management
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and workflows
  • Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and user support
  • Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills
  • Experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects
  • Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to HCM integrations, HDL, HCM Extracts, or reporting tools
  • Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and dashboards
  • Knowledge of Fast Formula and workflow configurations
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
  • Exposure to global HCM transformation programs
