What We're Looking For
- We are specifically seeking candidates with 8-10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM, covering the comprehensive hire-to-retire cycle. You must have been a part of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, with a minimum of 2 being with HCM Cloud.
We have openings across the following specialized areas:
- HCM Cloud / US Payroll / Functional We're looking for a Payroll Subject Matter Expert who has in-depth knowledge of Functional Payroll Configuration and Oracle Cloud Business Process Expertise with experience in US Payroll, Union Payroll, and US Taxes.
- HCM Cloud / Benefits / Functional The candidate must have expert working experience in the Core HR module, specifically Benefits.
- HCM Cloud / Oracle Time and Labor / Functional The candidate must have expert working experience in the Core HR module, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).
- HCM Cloud / Talent Management Lead / Functional The candidate must have expert working experience in the Core HR module, focusing on Talent Management and Recruiting Functional Lead capabilities.
- HCM Cloud / Recruitment Functional Lead / Functional The candidate must have expert working experience as a Recruiting Functional Lead within the Core HR module.
- HCM Cloud / Security Functional Extensive knowledge of Security configuration using Security profiles and Role Customizations in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- HCM Cloud / Helpdesk The candidate must have expert working experience in the Core HR module, specifically the HCM Helpdesk Functional Module.
