12+ years of overall experience with strong Oracle Cloud HCM background.

Deep hands-on functional experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Benefits.

Must have California Benefits implementation experience.

Expertise in Benefits configuration, including:

Plans & Programs

Eligibility Rules

Life Events

Enrollment Rules

Rates & Coverage

Strong experience with Open Enrollment processes.

Knowledge of Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, HDL, and integrations.

Experience with SIT/UAT, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.

Ability to gather requirements and work directly with HR/Benefits stakeholders.

Oracle Benefits Certification is a plus.

Important

Deep Oracle Benefits functional experience is mandatory.

Candidates with only general Oracle HCM experience without strong Benefits implementation experience will not be considered.
