Peloton is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Solution Architect to play a key role in a high-growth practice area. This is a strategic, hands-on role responsible for leading end-to-end solution design and guiding clients through complex HCM transformations using Oracle Cloud.

As a Solution Architect, you will partner with business and IT stakeholders to define future-state architectures, align business processes with Oracle leading practices, and ensure scalable, high-quality solution delivery across the HCM suite.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary depending on the level and experience of the individual. The consultant will work as part of a project team delivering analytical, solution-oriented services to Fortune 1000 clients. Based upon experience, specific responsibilities may include:

  • Developing an understanding of a client's current state process and developing future state recommendations based on Oracle's best business practices
  • Recommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans
  • Gathering and analyzing benefits and open enrollment requirements
  • Aligning business requirements and best practices to implement a technical solution
  • Defining new and refining existing business processes
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and development of Peloton processes and intellectual property

Required Experience & Skills

  • Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree or experience in HCM.
  • Overall 6+ years of Experience with minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Talent, Payroll, ORC and OTL.
  • Minimum of 2-3 modules and cross module knowledge.
  • Experience in writing configuration workbooks and Understanding in Application Implementation Methodology.
  • Experience with either development or reviewing fast formulas a plus.
  • Ability to quickly understand HR concepts and apply to technology.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients
