What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices
- Mentor team members and share your expertise
- Build reports and automate processes for efficiency
- Influence strategic direction for Oracle HCM across the organization
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM
- Expertise in Payroll (UK & USA), Core HR, Absence, and OTL
- Experience with HDL and testing Oracle HCM solutions
- Strong understanding of HR processes and lifecycle management
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Bonus Points: Agile experience, mentoring skills, and Oracle Recruit Cloud knowledge!
