Oracle Cloud Functional RTR Leasing

We are looking for an experienced Finance Senior Consultant specializing in Oracle Cloud ERP, with expertise in the Record to Report (R2R) cycle and Leasing functionality in Oracle Assets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial reporting, compliance, and Oracle Cloud technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate reporting for finance and operating leases in Oracle Assets, ensuring compliance with ASC842 and IFRS16.
• System Implementation & Optimization: Lead the implementation of Oracle Assets Expense Lease functionality for financial and operating leases.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the bridge between the finance department and other business units, ensuring alignment on financial reporting.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and manage financial professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-focused environment.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Applications, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management.

Extensive experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, specifically within the Record to Report (R2R) cycle.

Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud modules such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Accounts Payable (integration perspective).

Deep understanding of financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Cloud certification in Finance modules.

Experience working in multinational corporations or complex organizations.

Experience leading Oracle Cloud ERP upgrades or implementations.
