Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Consultant with strong expertise in the Accounts Receivables (AR) module, specifically Advanced Collections. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Finance AR solutions, working closely with business users and technical teams.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Oracle Cloud AR & Advanced Collections :
- Lead implementation and configuration of Oracle Cloud Finance - Accounts Receivables (AR) module
- Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Collections setup including :
- Collection strategies
- Scoring and segmentation
- Dunning letters
- Promise to Pay
- Delinquency management
- Configure AR components such as :
- Customers, transactions, receipts, adjustments
- AutoCash rules
- Revenue accounting and credit management
Functional Consulting & Business Analysis
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Translate business needs into Oracle Cloud AR functional designs
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), setup documents, and test scenarios
- Support UAT, SIT, and resolve functional issues
Integration & Collaboration
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations with GL, AP, CM, and external systems
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities
- Assist in report requirements and work with BI/OTBI teams
Support & Optimization
- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements
- Identify process improvements and recommend best practices in Oracle Cloud AR
- Support period close activities and month-end AR processes
Mandatory Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in Oracle Finance (Fusion/Cloud)
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Accounts Receivables (AR)
- Deep expertise in Advanced Collections module
- At least 1-2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud AR implementations
- Strong understanding of finance processes related to AR

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong documentation and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently in an on-site client environment
Preferred Skills (Good To Have)
- Experience with Oracle Cloud GL, AP, or CM
- Exposure to data migration, reporting, and reconciliation
