Responsibilities

Strong techno-functional skills in proposing, designing optimal solutions, including ownership of the overall solution for customization / integrations on Oracle Field Service Cloud (ToA) Projects.

Prior hands-on experience in configurations and customization in the following areas Core Application, Profiles, Permissions, Business Rules, Routing Plans, Work Schedules, Smart Collaboration, Action Management, Mobility and Manage Displays, Reports, Data migration, Inbound/Outbound messages.

Experience developing Oracle Field Service forms.

Experience assisting/developing Oracle Field Service Plugins.

Strong knowledge of the OFS Data Model

Solutioning complex business requirements to deliver optimal results.

Experience with web services standards and technology including JavaScript, JET, VBCS, WSDL, SOAP, REST, XML, XML-Schema, XSL, WS standards/Security etc.

Work closely with business analysts and project managers to provide support
