We are looking for an immediate joiner for a 36 month contract on a hybrid model.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP / SCM
- Must-Have Skills:
- Oracle Cloud ERP
- Supply Chain Planning
- SCM Modules: Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, etc.
- Shift: UK Hours
- Location: Bangalore or Pune (Hybrid)
- Notice Period: Immediate joiners only
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional support and incident management across Oracle Cloud SCM modules
- Handle configuration changes, enhancements, and service requests
- Gather business requirements and document functional solutions
- Manage Oracle Cloud Quarterly Releases (impact analysis & testing)
- Coordinate with clients and Oracle Support to resolve complex issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in application support or implementation/upgrade projects
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end SCM suite (Manufacturing, Logistics, Cost Management, etc.)
- Excellent documentation skills and familiarity with ITIL processes
- Experience with OTBI Reports or Oracle AI Agent is a plus
