As an Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Consultant, you will support the delivery of transformational projects by assisting in the configuration, testing, and documentation of Oracle Cloud solutions. You will work closely with senior leads to translate client business needs into functional reality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle Financials applications such as: General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Treasury, EBTax, Advanced Global Intercompany Systems (AGIS), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoice modules.
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
  • Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional solutions.
  • Configure Oracle ERP Cloud Financials to meet client needs.
  • Act as Lead Oracle consultant for the Oracle Cloud ERP team supporting Financials: General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Assets, Cash Management.
  • Functional professional with 8+ ERP Financials implementations (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud) and a senior team member, team lead - at least 3 full cycle implementations.
  • Oracle ERP Cloud experience in at least three of these modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Procurement, Expenses and Enterprise Contracts
  • Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance and Acctg., CA, ICWA or MBA Finance.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or equivalent degree
  • Hands-on experience in modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience in full lifecycle implementations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
  • Commitment to gaining exposure in multiple industries.
  • Experience mentoring junior staff.
  • An advanced degree in the area of specialization

Additional Desired Skills

  • Experience with Oracle BI security model.
  • Knowledge or experience in Oracle Supply chain and Oracle CRM are a big plus.
