About the Role
Trinamix is looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Oracle Cloud Demand Planning Lead / Architect with strong implementation and consulting expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Planning solutions. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge in Oracle Demand Planning along with proven experience leading enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud SCM transformation programs.
This role requires strong solution architecture capability, stakeholder management, supply chain process expertise, and the ability to drive end-to-end Oracle Demand Planning implementations for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation, enhancement, and support projects for Oracle Cloud Demand Planning solutions
- Work closely with business stakeholders, supply chain teams, and leadership to understand planning and forecasting requirements
- Drive requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Architect and optimize demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain planning processes
- Lead workshops, CRP sessions, UAT, solution discussions, and client presentations
- Configure and support Oracle Demand Planning and related SCM planning modules
- Collaborate with Supply Planning, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Order Management teams for cross-functional integrations
- Provide functional leadership and mentoring to consultants and implementation teams
- Support supply chain transformation, process optimization, and planning automation initiatives
- Participate in solutioning, estimation, and pre-sales activities where required
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years of strong hands-on experience in Oracle SCM Planning solutions
- Extensive implementation experience in Oracle Cloud Demand Planning

- Oracle Demand Planning Cloud
- Forecasting & Demand Management
- Supply Chain Planning
- Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)
- Inventory Planning
- Supply Planning Integrations
- Demand Forecasting & Analytics
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and planning business processes
- Experience leading enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud SCM implementation programs
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting experience
- Ability to lead global transformation and delivery initiatives
- Experience in requirement gathering, solutioning, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Oracle Supply Planning, SCP, GOP, Procurement, and Manufacturing modules
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and reporting tools
- Knowledge of planning data integrations and automation processes
- Experience working in Agile delivery methodologies
- Exposure to global supply chain transformation programs
